Service Description

Hush is an iOS enhancement software that provides privacy and media features for jailbroken iOS devices. By using Hush or subscribing to our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Hush is available through monthly ($19.99/month) and yearly ($199.99/year) subscription plans (excl. applicable tax), as well as through promotional redemption codes.

License

  • Hush is licensed on a per-device, subscription basis.
  • Licenses are non-transferable and bound to a single device.
  • You may unbind and rebind your license to a different device once every 30 days.
  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your license or the software is prohibited.

Redemption Codes

  • Redemption codes provide free access to Hush for a limited period as specified when the code is issued.
  • Redemption codes are non-transferable and may only be used once per account.
  • Each code has a limited number of uses and an expiration date, after which it can no longer be redeemed.
  • We reserve the right to revoke redemption codes at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse or fraud.
  • Licenses obtained through redemption codes may be upgraded to a paid subscription at any time. Upgrading preserves your existing license key and device binding.

Pricing, Payment & Auto-Renewal

  • Payments are processed by Whop. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Whop's Terms of Service.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Whop subscription management portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, by giving your express consent at checkout to the immediate supply of digital content, and by acknowledging that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, you waive this 14-day right once your subscription begins and the digital content is delivered.

This does not affect your statutory rights to a remedy if the digital content does not conform to the contract (see Conformity & Liability below).

Refund Policy

  • If Hush does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity free of charge. If bringing the digital content into conformity is impossible or disproportionate, you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract with a proportionate refund, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/770 (Arts. 14–16).
  • For digital content supplied on a continuous basis, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent during the subscription period is presumed to have existed at the time of supply. We bear the burden of proving conformity (Art. 12, Directive 2019/770).
  • After you have waived your right of withdrawal (see above), change-of-mind refunds are not available.
  • Snapchat account bans, restrictions, or penalties resulting from third-party enforcement actions are not a defect in Hush and do not constitute grounds for a refund. However, if a third-party update causes Hush to malfunction technically, this may constitute a conformity issue eligible for remedy under applicable law.
  • To request a refund, contact us at contact@hushtweak.com with your license key and a description of the issue.

Tweak Injection Risk Disclosure

Hush offers two modes of operation. Without tweak injection in Snapchat, Hush operates at the system level and is designed to be undetectable. We are not aware of any detection mechanism for these features, however no absolute guarantee of future undetectability can be made.

With tweak injection in Snapchat enabled, additional features become available. This mode is currently undetected, but detection status can change at any time due to Snapchat updates.

By enabling tweak injection, you acknowledge and accept the risk that your Snapchat account may be subject to bans, restrictions, or other penalties imposed by Snap Inc. Account penalties resulting from the use of tweak injection are a consequence of third-party enforcement, not a defect in Hush.

Acceptable Use

Hush is designed for personal use and privacy enhancement. You are solely responsible for how you use it. Any use that involves illegal activity, harassment, scamming, catfishing, unauthorized access to other people's accounts, or any other form of abuse is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

Conformity & Liability

  • Hush conforms to its description and is fit for the purposes described on our website. We will provide updates as reasonably necessary to maintain conformity during your subscription period, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/770. Your statutory conformity rights apply for a minimum of two years from the date of supply, or for the duration of continuous supply if longer.
  • No guarantee of undetectability is made for features that require tweak injection in Snapchat. This is a specific, informed limitation — not a general disclaimer of quality.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to Hush is limited to the amount you have paid for Hush in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or third-party account restrictions.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
  • Hush is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Snap Inc. or Snapchat. We are not responsible for actions taken by Snap Inc., including app updates, account bans, or policy changes. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Termination

We may revoke your license if you violate these terms, including but not limited to: sharing or reselling your license, engaging in prohibited activities under Acceptable Use, or attempting to circumvent our licensing system.

For non-serious violations, we will notify you and provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach before terminating your license. For serious violations (fraud, abuse, redistribution), we may terminate your license immediately.

For serious violations (fraud, abuse, redistribution), no refund will be issued. For non-serious violations, you are entitled to a proportionate refund for any remaining prepaid subscription period after the date of termination.

Modifications to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, via email or by prominent notice on our website and within the application.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before the new terms take effect. If you do not accept the new terms, the previous terms will continue to apply until the end of your current billing period, after which the contract will terminate. Your continued use of Hush after having been notified of the changes and given a reasonable opportunity to cancel constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms affects your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@hushtweak.com. We will do our best to resolve any issue directly.

If we are unable to reach a resolution, you may contact your national consumer protection authority or an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country of residence.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Privacy

Your use of Hush is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
